 In these Terms and Conditions “MFW”, “us”, “our” and “we” where used shall mean Mature Workforce Pty Limited.

You undertake to only use this site for the purposes of permitting us to assist you in gaining employment/providing employment. You undertake to only post on the site information that is truthful and accurate and intended to be used for gaining employment/providing employment. We in our sole discretion shall determine whether the information provided by you is reliable and suitable for the intended purpose and reserve the right to refuse to register you on our site or to promote your application and we may in our sole discretion immediately remove your information from the site or terminate your access to our site without notice to you.

SECURITY AND PASSWORDS:

Once you register with us you will be provided with a user name and password (your “access code”). You must keep the access code confidential and you are solely responsible for its security. We will not accept any liability for any unauthorized use of the access code provided. In the event that you become aware or suspect that the access code is being used by an unauthorized party you must immediately notify us.

MWF respects your privacy and the confidentiality of material that you provide to us. We must inform you however that to enable us to provide you with the best possible service, we will need to disclose information from your application to third parties who in our opinion may be able to offer you employment/positions vacant. If you do not wish us to do this, please contact us so that we can endeavor to accommodate your application in some other way. We will not disclose information defined as “sensitive information” under the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Generally, you are entitled to access personal information about you that we hold on your behalf. If you wish to do so, please contact us.
